Is Ellipsys Financial Markets regulated?
Yes, Ellipsys Financial Markets is licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC), Mauritius as a Category 1 Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, excluding underwriting), pursuant to the Section 29 of the Securities Act 2005, rule 4 of the Securities Rule 2007 and Financial Services Rules 2008. (License No: C111010125).
How do I open an account?
Opening a live account with Ellipsys is quite easy. You need to click on the following link https://www.elpmarkets.com/open-account-online.aspx fill in your details. Once verified we will send you the USER ID and Password. You can easily download the MT5 MetaTrader ZEN TRADER or Vertex ZEN PRO either on your desktop or on your mobile phone (compatible with Android and iOS).
Can I open a corporate account?
Yes. You have to fill a Corporate Account Form that can be downloaded from our website www.elpmarkets.com in the Open Account section. Alternatively can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department at info@elpmarkets.com
What are the minimum deposit amounts?
The minimum deposit to open an account is $500 and the minimum top-up deposit is $50. We do not charge for bank wire transactions. However, the sending and correspondent bank may charge according to their own fee structure. Should you have any questions about fees or any other charges, please contact info@elpmarkets.com .
Are my deposits safe and secure?
Our website is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All sensitive information submitted by our clients is automatically transferred by SSL to a secure environment. Our cashier is PCI Level 1 Merchant compliant and ensures that all your data is secured. We are regulated by the FSC Mauritius and funds are parked in client segregated accounts.
Are there any fees for deposits?
Ellipsys Financial Markets does not charge any fees on deposits for Bank Transfers, You may be charged fees from your bank.
What payment methods can I use to fund my account(s)?
You can transfer funds through Wire Transfer, Bank Deposit and other alternative methods. All the details would be mailed once the trading account is opened.
What currencies do you accept?
All deposits and withdrawals are in USD.
Is it possible to transfer funds between my accounts?
Yes, if the accounts have been created under the same email address, this can be easily done.
What are your withdrawal procedures?
When you want to withdraw money from your account. Please always consider the amount you want to withdraw when you have any open positions as the amount cannot be more than the stipulated margin on the open positions. Also you can mail us at info@elpmarkets.com and request a withdrawal using the withdrawal form available on our website under Downloads.
Can I open a corporate account?
Yes. You have to fill out a Corporate Account Form that can be downloaded from our website elpmarkets in the Open Account section. Alternatively, it can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department at info@elpmarkets.com .
Is there any minimum amount for withdrawal?
The minimum amount for withdrawal is 50 USD or equivalent.
How long does it take to process my withdrawal request?
Withdrawals can be requested anytime but requests after Mauritius 1400 hrs will be processed the next business day. Turnaround time is 1 – 2 business days from the date of receipt of the request.
Can I place a withdrawal request if I have open deals?
When you submit a withdrawal request you need to consider that your free margin must exceed the amount specified in the withdrawal. Free margin is calculated as equity less the necessary margin that is required to maintain open a position.
How many times can I withdraw?
You may request a withdraw as many times as you need.
How do I start trading?
If your trading account is active and you have made your deposit, then you are ready to start!
Can I open multiple trading accounts?
Yes, you can have multiple trading accounts (sub-accounts).
Can you trade on my behalf?
Ellipsys Financial Markets does not offer Trade Management Services. The Client is the solely responsible for his trading.
Is there any commission of trading?
There are different commissions and charges according to the account type you have chosen. Please contact sales@elpmarkets.com for more information.
Do you offer a demo account?
Yes. Demo accounts are a valuable trading tool to help beginners learn how to trade and allow experienced traders to experiment and test new strategies in a risk-free environment. Please download our MT5 demo platform ZEN TRADER and Vertex ZEN PRO from our website. Alternatively, the platform can be downloaded from the Google Playstore and IOS platform as well. Under file click on “Create Demo”.The server for MT5 is Ellipsys Financial Markets. For Vertex the server is Zen Pro.
What leverage do you offer?
We offer 1:100. If you wish to change your leverage, please contact info@elpmarkets.com

How can I download the platform(s)?
ZEN TRADER (MT5)
can be downloaded on desktop, free of charge, directly from Zen Trader, or on a smart device.
ZEN PRO Vertex
can be downloaded on the desktop directly from Zen Pro.
Can I trade on the weekend?
The markets are closed on the weekend.
How can I change the MT5/Vertex FX password?
Once logged in the platform, please go to Tools/Options and under the “Server” tab, select “Change Password”. Then enter the new password you wish to use and confirm.
